I cannot fault the service I received at JCT 32 Cars. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgable. I felt completely safe with apporpriate social distancing measures and PPE in place. I was able to test drive two cars and felt confident that measures had been taken to ensure the cars were clean and safe for these drives. When it came to deciding on a car I felt in no way under any pressure to make a decision. The staff were helpful but not pushy in any way, making me feel comfortable with my decision. They were more than happy for me to take some time before committing to a decision or putting down a deposit. The car I bought drives brilliantly, I have had no issues so far and I know that if I do have any issues/queries that I can always pop back. I am so glad someone recommended this place to me and will definitely be using them in the future!

The service I received at Jct 32 was absolutely fantastic throughout my experience. All the staff members were very friendly and happy to help with any queries that I had. I was also impressed by the level of Covid 19 precautions in place such as hand sanitiser, screens, and steering wheel and seat covers. I will definitely recommend Jct 32 to anyone I can and will be sure to return when it’s time for my next car. Thank you very much to all the staff.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the cars are cheap. Received help from the start to end and there was no sales pitch so i was not forced into a purchase

Good place to buy a used car. Very pleased with service from garage and would recommend, even if they didn't have what you looking for worth asking to see what they can do. Have used before and would happily use again

Had to call Brittania home start out on Saturday. Starter motor faults and other fault codes found. Asked for the car to be taken to Jct32 garage to be repaired. Best garage choice I've made for a number of years. Great communication throughout from the day it was received at the garage ,to collecting it on Monday,repaired, and working well,at a very fair price too. 5 star staff and garage. Highly recommend them for all repairs. Good choice of used cars too at sensible prices.

The people at the garage seem genuine and hard-working. They did not oversell the car. The car seems fine. All the paperwork, etc. were fine. I felt safe (in terms of the pandemic). I will use the garage in future to service the car

They were absolutely lovely, so helpful and kind. This was my first car so I was a little unsure but I was put at ease straight away, they were honest and straight forward. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car, no problem is too small.
